What Shipping options do I have?
We use UPS as our primary shipper. United States Postal Service is used for shipping to APOs.
Can you provide time frames for your shipping options?
Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship same day at 3:00pm EST.

3 Day Select: Delivery by end of day
2nd Day: Delivery typically by end of day
Next Day Air Saver: Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m
Next Day: Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.
How long does it take to ship to me using ground service?
Is there a way I could see how much shipping will cost me before I purchase?
Yes, you can place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Once in you cart, you will be able to populate your ship to address and our systems will calculate your shipping options and costs real-time.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status"
link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign up we'll ask
for your shipping address details including country. If your country is
not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately, we
cannot ship to your country at this time.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy and how do I return an item?
Every item you purchase at FightersDream.com is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship
We will take all products back, if reasonably unused.
To make a return or exchange by mail:
1. Please contact customer service at mailto:customerservice@fightersdream.com
to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
When will credit appear on my account?
Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account
from the time they are issued, but in most cases, they post within 2-10
business days.

How do create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then
simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your
information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely
private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
I forgot my password?
Click the "My Account / Order Status"
link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll
see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will
send an email to you with your password.
Pricing and Billing
What if the price is lowered after I buy something?
Fightersdream.com would happy to process a one-time price adjustment if an item you
purchased is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original
purchase date. This excludes any clearance or sale items that have
been further reduced due to depleted inventory. Please note this also excludes promotional/discount code offers.
The difference can be refunded to either your original form of payment or a store credit.
Do I pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse (Connecticut).
Where can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
